The City of Moab Treasurer's Office is happy to assist you with the following:

  • Applying for a business license
  • Impact fee information
  • Setting up your water, sewer, and garbage accounts. 
    To sign up for water and sewer service please contact the Moab City Treasurer's office at 435-259-5123.
  • Terminating your water and sewer account
    (Changes to trash and recycling accounts must be made directly through the Canyonlands Solid Waste Authority at 435-259-6314)
  • Accepting your payment for park reservations
  • Accepting your payment for Recreation Department programs
  • Accepting all other payments made to the City of Moab except traffic violations and court fines

Making Your Payment

The City of Moab is pleased to offer a variety of ways to pay your Utility Bill:

  • You can pay your water and sewer bill in person at Moab City Hall located at 217 E Center Street. 
    City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon.
  • We have a drop box conveniently located out front of Moab City Hall at 217 E Center Street
  • We have a drop box conveniently located inside the front door of
    City Market located at 425 S Main
  • As always we offer our FREE Online Bill Pay through XpressBillPay

The City of Moab does not provide residential or commercial electric or gas service.
