NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND SEWER IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
The City of Moab intends to amend its existing sewer impact fee facilities plan as required in UCA §11-36A-501 and 503. The work will include the possible adoption of amended sewer impact fees for wastewater collection and treatment facilities.
The Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan Amendment will include the entire corporate limits of the City of Moab. If any plans or impact fees will be revised, a separate public hearing notice will be published.
