PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED PLANNING RESOLUTION 03-2025

 

The City of Moab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.

The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on proposed Planning Resolution 03-2025, A Planning Resolution approving the proposed Payment-in-Lieu of Parking Special Exception Request, for the property located at  35 N Main Street, Moab, UT 84532, specific to the Change of Use Planning Application Approval for Bonjour on Main – Eating Establishment; as requested by the applicant and property owner. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday.  The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Commission concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place. 

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Recorder's Office at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532; or phone (435) 259-5121 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
