The City of Moab is now accepting applications for the Recreation, Arts and Parks Tax Technical Advisory Committee (RAP TAC). RAP TAC Committee.
The position openings are for one at-large, one arts, and one recreation or parks appointment expiring December 2028, and one replacement at-large appointment expiring December 2027. Applicants for the board positions requiring demonstrated experience in arts or in recreation/parks must reside in Grand County; the three at-large members must live within Moab city limits. 
The RAP TAC is a volunteer committee that serves the important role of reviewing applications for RAP Tax Community Grants and making funding recommendations to the Moab City Council. The Moab City Council determines final grant approval.
The RAP TAC committee generally meets only a few times each year.
