NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE CITY OF MOAB
The CITY OF MOAB is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
– The CITY OF MOAB tax on a $519,000 residence would increase from $0.00 to $613.43, which is $613.43 per year.
– The CITY OF MOAB tax on a $519,000 business would increase from $0.00 to $1,115.33, which is $1,115.33 per year.
– If the proposed budget is approved, the CITY OF MOAB would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 100.00% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
