PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2024-05
The City of Moab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on Proposed Ordinance 2024-05 – An Ordinance Amending Moab Municipal Code, Title 16, Subdivisions. The proposed amendments add new sections in compliance with the Utah State Legislature’s mandate in Senate Bill 174 (2023) and House Bill 476 (2024). The proposed amendments will streamline and clarify subdivision procedures and related matters. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Commission concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place.
